Legendary Cowan Street Beansprout Chicken | 高温街芽菜鸡 @ Ipoh [Non-Halal]

Ever since the attack by keyboard warriors on the “ Hishiko Woo Summoned Deity Issue ”, my will to blog has been rekindled and thanks to the virality of the post, it reached around 800 views in 4 days. It might not be a huge deal for you, because 800 views are like peanuts on social media like Facebook, Instagram and especially TikTok. But for a dying blogging culture, it is considered another humble milestone for my underrated small bloggie. Zakka Loft @ Ipoh

The phobia of writing still persists, after I have temporarily stopped writing my Ph.D thesis for about 2 weeks. Today, I finally picked up my weakening courage and wrote this post. It just took a lot of my might to revive my blogger life - take photos, select photos, edit photos, watermark photos and upload them to this post.

In fact, to decide what to write, was far more challenging than I thought. I was thinking of writing my Europe trip sage with bitchy travelmate, or just writing all my "abuse" during my Ph.Dship. But, at the very last min, I decided to write what I love the most in my life - Food! What is more representing of myself - Ipoh Food !

Zakka Loft @ Ipoh

My impression of this Loft - " A fusion of funky and hippy cultures with a touch of art "

If you wanna see more interesting setup or cute decorations, by all means, you can visit here [1] & [2]. Both bloggers did their best to cover from that aspect. As for me, this post mainly focus on one thing - Dessert !

From the interior design, you can feel the fun-ness! They have a lot of delicate and artistic ornaments, which your camera/ handphone will definitely be busy once you step into this loft. My favourite decoration in the restaurant was its sky dark wall, because it is simply exquisite with the caption "do you have a dream?"! They also host quite a few interesting events, which you can check it out at their facebook website

While, its rainbow cake was known to be their signature, I had a crush on their lemon crumble pie. My favoritism towards sourness, just makes me instantly fall in love with sour desserts. The other fruit tarts were nice, though I hoped that they were more well-presented. hahahaha, anyhow, this loft is definitely a nice place to hang out with buddies, playing card/ board games!
